The Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) world tour is currently on at Arugam Bay point break on the east coast, under the banner a??SriLankan Airlines Pro 2010a??. Arugam Bay which was recently voted as Asiaa??s top most surf destination by Floating Asia, has attracted some of the worlda??s best surfers, from premium surfing destinations: the United States, Australia, Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, Britain, Germany and Japan, to the a??Sri Lankan Airlines Pro 2010a??A? ASP Tour.

Among those riding the swell is Julian Wilson from Australia, who is considered to be among the a??worlda??s most progressive, fast emerging, new-age surfers capable of outstanding performances in all conditions.a?? This super talented 22 year-old Queensland surfer is looking forward to tackling the ASP tour with the ultimate aim of qualifying for the elite ASP Dream Tour.

The line-up for this yeara??s event also includes outstanding and interesting high seeded surfers in Adriano de Souza (Brazil), current world number four rated surfer Jadson Andre (Brazil), former ASP world champion Sunny Garcia (Hawaii), Japana??s Masatoshi Ohno, South Africaa??s Royden Bryson and David Weare, Spaina??s Hodei Collarzo and Kolohe Andino from USA.
