CASP (Canadian Agro-Sustainability Partnership), which has undertaken the task of drawing a Master Plan to rebuild Ampara District, met the representatives of the Arugam Bay Tourists Association at the Star Dust Hotel, Arugam Bay. Here, CASP’s Project Co-Director David Boyce (centre) and Architectural Designer Robert Haggis (far left) are in discussion with the Vice-President William Perera and Executive Member MI Cader Mohideen as to how tourism could be developed and this area made into a tourist paradise.
