I have a friend who has just left Arugam Bay . She is desperate to get help and possibly bring a mother with 2 pups she found and fed on the beach . One vet has been to see them and thinks the mother may have distemper . Can you help get the dogs to Columbo and treat distemper , possibly help with transport . The vet bill was £110 and we think we will need around £2000 to get them to the UK .
