Why on earth is their office located in distant &lt;strong&gt;AMPARA&lt;/strong&gt; and not on the coast like in &lt;strong&gt;Arugam Bay&lt;/strong&gt;?
There are plenty of empty officies and rooms due to the situation. Alone the rent income would assist them.
The actual pysical presence of any organzation would also assist in rebuilding some confidence locals have lost in all NGO's.</description>
